2D Matrix Code Provisioning Tool

Generates DSG-standard 2D matrix codes for asset tracking, personnel authentication, and secure information dissemination channels, compliant with DSG-ID-STD-009.

How to Use QR Code Generator:

  • Enter the data you want to encode in the "Data to Encode" box (e.g., URL, text, contact info).
  • Select the "QR Code Type":
    • Standard QR (Version 4 Fixed): Good for general use, handles moderate data amounts. Max bytes depend on Error Correction level.
    • Micro QR Code: For smaller amounts of data, creates a more compact code. Error correction is automatic.
  • Adjust options in the panels below (Colors, Size, Error Correction, Format).
  • Click "Generate QR Code". The image will appear below.
  • Use the "Download" button to save the generated QR code image.

Byte Limit: Pay attention to the "X / Y bytes" indicator. Ensure your data doesn't exceed the maximum for the selected type and error correction.
